Big, light and sporty: SPEEDLINE CORSE wheels

Facing the challenge of making the aluminum wheel ever lighter, for years SPEEDLINE CORSE has successfully made use of flowforming technology. Our combination of experience as an OEM and in racing is just the right match for sports vehicles.

Flowforming is a process in which the wheel well of the cast blank is heated up and rolled out in an additional production step. This compresses the material, achieving greater strength and higher stability. It also enables thinner wheel well walls, which has a positive effect on the wheel weight. This production technique makes it possible to reduce volume in the wheel well by as much as 50%. Substantial weight savings of up to 1.5 kg compared with standard cast wheels lowers consumption levels, benefiting the environment at the same time.

The company is also able to offer the wide variety of designs that is popular with customers, while maintaining its high safety standard.

The SPEEDLINE CORSE SL8 Dominatore is available with a five-hole mounting in 8.5 to 11.5x21 inch versions. This premium wheel in a futuristic Orbit grey-matt front diamond cut is available for the BMW X7, Ford Mustang, Land Rover Discovery Sport, Mercedes GLE Coupé and Porsche Cayenne, among others.

The motto of the competitive SPEEDLINE CORSE SC1 Motorismo: From the racetrack to the road. Perfect for sports vehicles with a racing character – after all, the wheel offers optimal clearance, even for high-performance braking systems. The SC1 is available in two versions: a sporty Racing black-matt-rim lip diamond cut and, for winners, the Racing gold-rim lip diamond cut, of course!
