To produce mirror finishes and two-tone wheels, we use a diamond cut process.
Here the aluminum wheels are pre-painted and the surface is then turned using a diamond cutting tool. By removing a small amount of paint and aluminum, a shiny metallic, finely-honed surface is revealed. Diamond cut is performed especially on the wheel flange or on the spokes.
